Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the second respondent relating to the proceedings of the second respondent bearing No.Se.Mu.Na.Ka.N.18490/Nir3(2)/2024 dated 22.03.2025 publishing the panel for Promotion of Anganwadi Workers to the post of Supervisor Grade-II and

Women Village Welfare Officer and quash the same and direct the respondents to prepare a fresh panel for promotion of Anganwadi Workers to the post of Supervisor Grade-II and Women Village Welfare Officer strictly in accordance with the applicable law.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed praying to quash the proceedings of the second respondent bearing No.Se.Mu.Na.Ka.N.18490/Nir3(2)/2024 dated 22.03.2025 publishing the panel for Promotion of Anganwadi Workers to the post of Supervisor Grade-II and Women Village Welfare Officer and consequently to direct the respondents to prepare a fresh panel for promotion of Anganwadi Workers to the post of Supervisor Grade-II and Women Village Welfare Officer strictly in accordance with the applicable law. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition and she has also made an endorsement to that effect.

In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
