ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for transfer of the case in M.C.No.55 of 2012, pending on the file of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Erode.

2. The M.C. is of the year 2012 and the petition seeking for transfer of the case filed in the year 2014 and the Crl.O.P. is pending for the last four years. There was no order of stay pending disposal of this Crl.O.P. This Court does not find any ground to transfer the proceedings at this stage. 3.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Erode to dispose of the M.C.No.55 of 2012, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order, if it has not already been disposed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
