.. Defendants PRAYER:
This Civil Suit filed under IV Rule 1 of Original Side Rules R/w order VII Rule 1 of the Code of the Civil Procedure, prays to pass a judgment and decree in favour of the plaintiffs and as against the defendants: (i) directing the defendants to pay a sum of Rs.1,14,65,250/- as compensation,
(ii) to award cost.

JUDGMENT
The learned counsel appearing for the plaintiffs have filed a memo dated 19.04.2018 and the same has been duly signed by the plaintiffs and their counsel, seeking permission of this court to withdraw the suit as it is settled out of Court and the Court fee may be refunded in the name of the first plaintiff,
2. In view of the said memo filed by the learned counsel for the plaintiffs, this suit is dismissed as withdrawn. Since the suit itself is withdrawn by the plaintiffs, Registry is directed to refund the court fee to the first plaintiff as permissible under law. No Costs. 23.04.2018 rkp
