(Order of the Court was made by M.M.Sundresh,J.) This contempt petition has been filed inter alia alleging non compliance of the order dated 25.11.2013 passed in W.P.No.20204 of 2013.

2. When the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner.

3.Inasmuch as nearly seven years has elapsed and the petitioner is not able to assist the Court, we presume that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.20204 of 2013 dated 25.11.2013 has been complied with. In such view of the matter, the contempt petition stands closed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to reopen the petition, if he is so advised.
