When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the subject matter suit O.S.No.115 of 2010 was decreed on 13.04.2023. Hence, the matter has become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle.

2. In view of the above submission coupled with an endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
