ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus directing the 2 nd respondent to act upon the representation made by the petitioner on 12.02.2025 wherein the petitioner is seeking for transfer of patta in his name with respect to the subject property. 2.

Heard Mr.N.Ranjith Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader for respondents 1 and 2. 3.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the petitioner to submit an on-line application to the 2 nd respondent along with all necessary particulars. The same shall be acted upon and necessary orders shall be passed, on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of on-line application from the petitioner.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
