The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to set aside the proceedings passed by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate-cumRevenue Divisional Officer, Dharapuram, in Na.Ka.No.2982/2023/C, dated 24.05.2023 against the petitioners.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, there was no representation for the petitioners.

The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, submitted that the time stipulated in the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.2982/2023/C, dated 24.05.2023, has already lapsed. Therefore, the relief sought in this petition has become infructuous. 4.
