O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for issue of a writ of mandamus directing the second respondent to act upon the representation made by the petitioner on 10.01.2025, wherein the petitioner is seeking for issuance of computerized patta in his name with respect to the subject property.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.

3. The petitioner is placing reliance upon the Manavari Thoraya patta issued in the name of the petitioner's father in patta No.104. The petitioner is also placing reliance upon the release deed dated 11.03.2023. The petitioner submitted the representation on 10.01.2025 requesting for issuance of computerized patta in his name. Since the same was not considered, the present writ petition came to be 2/4

filed before this Court.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 10.01.2025 and issue necessary proceedings within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Writ Petition is disposed of in the above terms. There shall be no order as to costs.
