This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to de-freeze the petitioner current account in Karur Vysya Bank, account No.1277135000008587, Krishnagiri Branch in the first respondent branch.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the second respondent- Police and perused the materials available on record.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the second respondent-Police submitted that the second respondent-Police had already sent a letter to the first respondent-Bank to de-freeze the petitioner's account.
