2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the offence under Sections 498(A), 506(i) of IPC and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, been investigated for the above crime number. Since one of the accused is absconding, there is a delay in filing final report. He undertakes that within two months, absconding accused will be secured and final report will be filed or else, he will be shown as absconding accused and split up.

3. In the light of the above facts and submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of directing the respondent police to file final report within a period of two months.
