Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue writ of mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.09.2015 seeking for inclusion of petitioner's name in the panel for the year 2015-16 for promotion as Assistant Executive Engineers (RD) and considering the petitioner's promotion to that post.
