These Criminal Original Petitions have been filed to challenging the order passed in Tr.Crl.M.P.Nos.11581, 11573, 11571, 11579, 11577, 11575 of 2013 respectively dated 28.01.2014 on the file of the learned Principal & Sessions Judge, Chennai, thereby dismissing the petition for transfer the C.C.Nos.1741 to 1746 of 2012 pending on the file of the Fast Track Court No.2, Egmore, Chennai. It has been filed in the year 2014. Now the presiding Officer changed in the said Court. Therefore, the allegations alleged in the petition not surviving any more. 2.Considering the above facts and circumstances, this Court is not inclined this petition. However, considering the case of the year 2012 the trial Court namely the Fast Track Court No.2, Egmore, Chennai is directed to complete the trial within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. No costs.
