ORDER

The present Contempt Petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the order dated 04.12.2013 passed by this Court in W.P.No.33012 of 2013, in and by which, this Court, while disposing of the said Writ Petition in W.P.No.33012 of 2013, directed the second respondent therein to consider the representation of the petitioners, dated 29.08.2013, in the light of the Division Bench order passed in W.A.Nos.815, 1531, 1691 to 1693, 1165 of 2010, dated 07.07.2011 and pass appropriate orders on

merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Today, when the Contempt Petition is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the said order of this Court has been complied with by the respondents. Since the said order of this Court has been complied with by the respondents, nothing further survives for consideration in this Contempt Petition, which is accordingly closed.
