2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on both sides.

3.Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the above petition and after hearing the learned counsel appearing on both sides, the delay is condoned and the petition is ordered on condition that there shall be no interest for the delay period of 1185 days, in case of any enhancement.
