CMP.No.12536 of 2019 in CMA.Sr.70946 of 2019 NKKJ & AQJ (Order of the Court was made by NKKJ) Permission sought is to amend the amount claimed from Rs.9,00,000/- to Rs.29,00,000/-.

2. Merely because, more amount is sought, it would not mean that the said amount, as such, would be awarded and it is only on appreciation of evidence, appropriate orders would be passed by the Court.

3. Hence, permission is granted and the petition is ordered as prayed for.
