ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to remove the wrong entries in their records as street/Natham land in respect of petitioner's property in S.F.No.104/107 in Punjai Puliyampatti Village of Sathyamangalam Taluk in Erode District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 05.01.2017 and reminder dated 08.08.2020.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has been rejected and nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition.

3. Such submission of the learned Government Advocate is recorded. In view of the same, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
