ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a direction to the 2nd respondent to pass final order in File No.A4/5072/2022.

2. It is the grievance of the writ petitioner that though the enquiry is conducted by the second respondent with regard to the complaint of the petitioner relating to the sale of panchami land originally allotted to the father of the petitioner, which has been subsequently sold by brother of the petitioner to the the third parties, order has not been passed by the second respondent. Hence, this writ petition.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, this Court without going into the merits of the case directs the second respondent to pass final orders in File No.A4/5072/2022 on its own merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to any other interested persons. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
