Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling the records pertaining order dated 26.09.2014 in Original Enquiry No.1/2014 (Aa.1 Sec) Na.Ka.No. 2476/aa1/2014-1 passed by the First Respondent and quash the same and direct the Second Respondent to cancel the Registration of the sale deed registered as Document Number 4315/14. O R D E R

Petitioner, who is the daughter of the third respondent has filed this writ petition challenging the proceedings of the District Registrar, Salem (West) by which the request made by the petitioner for cancellation of the registration was rejected.

2. According to the petitioner, she executed sale deed in favour of her mother without receiving sale consideration and therefore, the petitioner would state that without hearing her and conducting enquiry sale deed should not have been registered.

3. The reason assigned by the petitioner cannot be adjudicated by the registration authority. If the petitioner has any grievance as against her mother or if it is her case that she has not received the sale consideration, then the remedy of the petitioner is to approach the civil court, where the petitioner can challenge all the issues including the registration of the sale deed.
