The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioner in C.M.P.No.14722 of 2020 attained majority on 07.10.2019 and completed age of 18 years and prayed to declare the petitioner as major.

2.C.M.P.No.14721 of 2020 is filed to discharge the petitioner viz., Jothi from the guardianship of the 2nd appellant viz., Vinoth Subbiah. At request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, post the matter on 21.02.2021. The learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to produce the proof for the date of birth of the minor 2nd appellant.
