ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records in Charge Memo made in Na.Ka.No.1692/M3/2014 dated 17.02.2014, on the file of the second respondent herein and quash the same as illegal.

2. Mr.R.Sankarasubbu, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petition is filed challenging the charge memo and even at the time of filing the writ petition, the petitioner is aged about 58 years and subsequently, no proceeding has been taken and the petitioner was superannuated from the service. Therefore, the relief sought for in this writ petition become infructuous.
