This petition has been filed to order substituted service to be effected in Makkal Kural Daily for respondents 4 to 6 in this writ petition.

2. In view of the above, the petitioner is permitted to take fresh notice to the respondents 4 to 6 through substituted service by way of paper publication in any one of the Tamil daily in local edition at Tamil Nadu on or before 02.06.2025 by indicating the hearing date on 05.06.2025.

3. Post the matter on 05.06.2025 for filing proof of service.
