2. Captioned WMP has been filed with a prayer to dispense with production of original of a 'notice dated 04.01.2024' [hereinafter 'impugned notice' for the sake of convenience and clarity].

3. Mr.V.Hari Babu, learned counsel on record for writ petitioner is before this Court.

4. Adverting to support affidavit, learned counsel submits that the writ petitioner has received only photocopy of impugned notice and hence, he could not file the original impugned notice. Learned counsel drew the attention of this Court to the support affidavit, which reads as follows: 'It is respectfully submitted that they have only received a photocopy of Notice that is being challenged herein. 5. The above reason is accepted for the limited purpose of dispense with prayer in captioned WMP without expressing any other opinion in this order.
