Petitioner seeks issuance of a writ of mandamus to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.10.2015 wherein the petitioner has expressed certain grievances with regard to non issuance of the Family Card on account of which, the petitioner has to state that she has not received any of the items in the Public Distribution System and she is aged about 68 years and there is nobody to support her and she is put to great prejudice.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the second respondent may be directed to consider the representation of the petitioner within a time frame.

3. Accordingly, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.10.2015 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
