2. This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to quash the FIR No.7 of 2008 dated 2.8.2008. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side)reported that after investigation, charge sheet has been filed and the learned Magistrate has taken the same on file as C.C.No.9 of 2012.

3. From the said facts, I am of the opinion that the Criminal Original Petition is not at all maintainable. Further, the petitioner side also not interested to pursue the matter. Therefore, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected M.Ps. are closed.
