The petitioner has come forward with this petition to direct the 1st respondent to register FIR based on the complaint given by the petitioner on 02.03.2015 and enquire the same. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted in CSR No.68 of 2015 and the same was closed by the respondent police after recording the statement of petitioner on 03.03.2015.

4. The copy of the closure report is given to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar. The petitioner appears to have submitted a letter to the respondent police stating that he would work out his remedies in the appropriate forum. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
