The petitioner has come up with this miscellaneous petition to implead him as a party in the writ appeal in W.A.No.1306/2019.

2. The Association of the petitioner is not necessary for disposal of the appeal preferred by the appellants. The petitioner being a diploma holder would be entitled to the benefit of the order, in case, the appeal is ultimately allowed.

We therefore, dismiss the miscellaneous petition with the above observation.
