2.In paragraph no.4 of the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the petitioners have stated the reasons for the delay.

3.Though the respondent has filed his counter, I am convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition.

4.Since the petitioners have satisfactorily explained the reasons for the delay of 34 days in filing the Civil Revision Petition, the delay is condoned.

5.The petition is ordered.
