Prayer: Criminal miscellaneous Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to modify the condition imposed the petitioner Para-6 (b) the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter every Saturday at 10.30 a.m until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.11344 of 2020 dated 30.07.2020.

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner in the above Crl.O.P.No.11344 of 2020 dated 30.07.2020 the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter every Saturday at 10.30 a.m until further orders

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent Police every Sunday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
