Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records on the file of the 1st respondent in his proceedings Se.Mu Order No.Tho.Ni.P.3/16241/2021 dated 02.08.2021 and quash the same and direct the 1st respondent to consider and pass appropriate order on his application for mutual consent dated 28.05.2021 which was recommended by the Deputy Director of Agriculture (Agri Business) Coimbatore in his letter No.A/1216/2021 dated 14.06.2021.
