ORDER

With the consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. This writ petition is filed to direct the third respondent to survey the petitioner's property situated at Kattikanapalli Village, Krishnagiri District comprised in Survey No.340/5 A1A1 an extent of 0.13.3/4 cents of land and consequently issue patta to the above said property.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner purchased the property by way of registered sale deed dated 08.08.2023 and he is in possession and enjoyment of the property till date. The grievance of the petitioner is that though he has applied for surveying his property and issuance of patta in the name of the petitioner on 19.09.2023, the same was not considered by the respondents till date. Hence, the present Writ Petition.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the 2/4

respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19.09.2023 and pass orders on the same on merits, after issuing notice to the neighbouring owners and any other interested persons, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
