This application has been filed to withdraw the suit in O.S. No.5253 of 2019 from the file of the learned XV Additional City Civil Court, Chennai to this Court to be tried along with T.O.S. No.64 of 2013.

2. The suit in O.S.No.5253 of 2019 has been filed by the first defendant in T.O.S.No.64 of 2013 for claiming partition of the suit properties. Since the parties are one and the same and the suit property is also the same, it would save the time of Court if both the suits are tried together.

3. Hence, this application is allowed.
