ORDER

The petitioner has filed this contempt petition for the alleged disobedience of the order of this Court dated 20.12.2012 passed in WP.No.34559 of 2012.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the order of this Court dated 20.12.2012 has been complied with. They have also produced a copy of the order in G.O.(2Pa)No.85 Rural Development and Panchayat (Pa.A.4) Department, dated 18.11.2013 to that effect.

3.
