C O M M O N O R D E R Heard Mr.N.A.Nassir Hussain, learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the records.
2. These revision petitions are filed seeking for a direction to dispose of I.A.No.1 of 2023 in A.S.No.75 of 2022 and I.A.No.1 of 2023 in A.S.No.76 of 2022 filed under Order XXII Rule 4A of Code of Civil Procedure.
3. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Execution Court has dismissed E.A.No.157 of 2013 filed under Order XXI Rule 19 of Code of Civil Procedure and in the said application as one of the respondents stated to have died, the petitioner filed an application under Order XXII Rule 4 A Page No.6/8
of Code of Civil Procedure in I.A.No.1 of 2023 in A.S.No.75 of 2022 and I.A.No.1 of 2023 in A.S.No.76 of 2022, which are pending for disposal.
4. It is submitted that there was no necessity for the trial Court to insist others to file counter and the said applications have been decided by the Court as the issue is between the parties.
5. Considering the circumstances, these revision petitions are disposed of directing the learned I Additional District Judge, Coimbatore to dispose of I.A.No.1 of 2023 in A.S.No.75 of 2022 and I.A.No.1 of 2023 in A.S.No.76 of 2022, respectively within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
