O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this petition to direct the respondent to register FIR against the persons mentioned in the prayer based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 01.03.2015 in CSR No.94 of 2015 pending on the file of the respondent.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned counsel for the Intervenor and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. On the reading of the complaint it appears that one Hindustan Unilever Limited had appointed the petitioner as dealer for distribution of their products. It is alleged in the complaint that at the instance of Hindustan Unilever Limited, petitioner appointed three persons in his office and that they had committed some misappropriation of money, for which it is alleged that Hindustan Unilever Limited is responsible. 4.Admittedly, it is an agency dispute between the petitioner and Hindustan Unilever Limited and therefore, no direction as prayed for by the petitioner could be granted and the petition is dismissed. It is open to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law.
