2. When the Court was about the dismiss the writ petition, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought leave of this Court to withdraw this writ petition. He also made an endorsement in the case bundle to that effect. 3.Such view of the matter, this writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
