ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a limited relief. The petitioners seek an early disposal of the O.S.No.126 of 2018, pending on the file of the District Munsif Court, Sulur.

2. Since no adverse order is passed against the respondent in this civil revision petition, notice to the respondent is dispensed with by this Court. Page No.1 of 4

3. The petitioners are the defendants in the aforesaid suit and the respondent is the plaintiff. The suit has been filed seeking permanent injuction to restrain the petitioners/defendants from not using the pathway. Pleadings are complete in the said suit and the trial is yet to commence. Since the suit is of the year 2018 and the petitioners seek an early disposal of the suit, no prejudice would be caused to any of the parties, if a direction is issued to the District Munsif Court, Sulur to dispose of O.S.No.126 of 2018, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the said suit.

4. After giving due consideration to the year of the suit and the present status of the suit, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of by directing the District Munsif Court, Sulur to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.126 of 2018, within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
