ORDER
Heard the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the petitioner, as well as the respondents.
2. At this stage of the hearing the writ petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had
submitted that the petitioner may be permitted to make a representation to the respondent-Bank, for settling the outstanding dues relating to the petitioner's loan account, which is the subject matter of the present writ petition. He had further prayed that on such representation being made by the petitioner, to the competent authority of the respondent Bank, the same may be considered and appropriate orders passed thereon.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents had submitted that, if the petitioner makes a representation, with regard to his offer for an One Time Settlement of the outstanding loan account, which is the subject matter of the writ petition, the same shall be considered by the authority concerned and appropriate orders shall be passed in accordance with law. Further, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-Bank had submitted that the Scheme under which the earlier offer had been made to the petitioner, for an One Time Settlement of his outstanding dues, under the Circular, dated 25.08.2015, shall not be applicable to the petitioner, at present.

In view of the above submissions made by the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the parties, this Court is inclined to permit the petitioner to make a representation, with regard to an One Time Settlement of the outstanding dues relating to the loan account, which is the subject matter of the present writ petition, on or before 15.07.2016. On such representation being made by the petitioner, the authority concerned shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders thereon, within a period of four weeks thereafter.
5. This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
