Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioners representation dated 24.04.2023 further to conduct the enquiry based on the petitioner representation to the respondents. O R D E R

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation dated 24.04.2023 made by the petitioner.

2. On perusal of the representation, it is revealed that there is a civil dispute existing between the petitioner and the respondents 5 and 6. In respect of such civil disputes, the authorities cannot conduct an enquiry and record their findings, since the Revenue authorities are incompetent to conduct trial natured proceedings determining the civil rights. Thus, the petitioner has to approach the Civil Court of law for the purpose of

establishing her rights.

Accordingly, the writ petition in W.P.No.17487 of 2023 stands disposed of. No costs.
