Petitioner has filed this writ petition forbearing the respondent from appointing any fit person to the petitioner Devasthanam viz., Sri Vengeeswarar Alagar Perumal and Nagathamman Koil Devasthanam.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader on instructions submitted that as on date, there is no fit person appointed.
