ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking to direct the Additional District Munsif, Attur to dispose of IA.No.3/2025 in OS. No.300 of 2025 as expeditiously within the time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

2. Heard the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. Considering the limited prayer sought for in this petition and taking note of the fact, the plaintiffs filed an application in IA No.3 of 2025 before the trial court seeking for a permanent injunction and though the admission is on 26.11.2025 but it was not disposed within 30 days and the trial court has simply adjourned the matter and nearly about five months the case is under adjournment, therefore, this Court directs the learned Additional District

Munsif, Attur to dispose of the suit in IA No.3 of 2025 in OS.No.300 of 2025 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till then status quo as on date to be maintained.

4. This Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
