Respondents PRAYER: The Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the respondents in connection with the impugned orders passed by the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.14225/B1/2013, dated 29.07.2013 and the consequential order of the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.4124/B1/2013, Pa.B.No.231/2013, dated 30.01.2014 and quash the same in so far as the petitioner is concerned, and further direct the respondents to promote the petitioner as Leading Fireman in pursuance of inclusion of his name in the list dated 25.07.2013 of Leading Firemen for the year 2013-14 in Thiruvarur District and grant him all consequential service and monetary benefits.
