This petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to FIR.No.197 of 2010 on the file of the first respondent police till the disposal of the quash petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent/ State and learned counsel appearing for the second respondent.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation in Cr.No.197 of 2010 has been completed and final report has been filed in C.C.No.43 of 2014 before the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Thittakudi. The case is posted for trial on 22.10.2016 for examination of witness.

4. In view of the above observation, this petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
