ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court seeking the following relief:

''To issue a mandamus to forbear the respondents, their men or agent or any other persons claim under them from dispossessing the petitioner from the property measuring 12 cents comprised in S.No.437 in A. Jettihalli Village in Dharmapuri Taluk, Dharmapuri District except under due process of law''.

2. Upon notice Mr.S.V.Duraisolaimalai, the learned Additional Government Pleader has filed a detailed counter affidavit, in which, it is stated that they would resort due https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

process of law before any action to be taken against the petitioner.

3. In view of the above submission, nothing survives for consideration in this writ petition before this Court. Therefore, the writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
