The respondent has no objection for allowing CMP.No.12392 of 2019 filed by the petitioner to bring on record the petitioners 3 to 7 as the legal representatives of the deceased first petitioner and rank them as petitioners 3 to 7 in the above Civil Revision Petition.

2.This Court has also satisfied with the reasons contained in the affidavit.

Accordingly, CMP.No.12392 of 2019 is allowed as prayed for.

3.Registry is directed to carry out the amendment and list the Civil Revision Petition for hearing on 10.07.2019.
