Prayer :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying of issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus Calling for the records of the proceedings of the second respondent vide order dated 26.10.2016 passed in R.C.No. 10134/2012 (B3) and quash the same and direct the respondent No.2 to restore the patta in to the name of the petitioner society.

The petitioner has filed this petition for issuance of writ of Certiorified Mandamus Calling for the records of the proceedings of the second respondentand quash the same and direct the respondent No.2 to restore the patta in to the name of the petitioner society.. 2.On an earlier occasion, when the matter was taken on 09.11.2022, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and hence, the case was again directed to be listed on 11.11.2022 under the caption 'For Dismissal'. Accordingly, this case was listed today under the caption 'For dismissal'.

3. Even today (11.11.2022), when the matter was called, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner either in person or through counsel.

4. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
