ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for the contempt of order of this Court made in W.P.No.15271 of 2020 dated 03.11.2020. 2.Ms.R.M.Umamaheswari, Head Quarters Deputy Tahsildar, Madhavaram Taluk Office, was present at the time of hearing before this Court and her presence is dispensed with.

3.The learned Government Counsel produced the proceedings of the Tahsildar, Madhavaram, dated 18.10.2021. It is seen from the proceedings that the online application of the petitioner was rejected on the ground that there was no link between the documents produced by the petitioner and the patta sought for, with respect to the subject property. It is mentioned that the petitioner can resubmit the online application with proper particulars and the necessary documents and the same will be considered by the Tahsildar, in accordance with law.

4.In view of the above development, no further orders can be passed in this contempt application. It is left open to the petitioner to make a fresh online application before the respondent by giving correct particulars and by submitting the relevant documents. On receipt of the same, the same will be considered by the respondent and a decision shall be taken as expeditiously as possible. 5.Accordingly, this contempt petition is closed.
