2. This petition has been filed pursuant to earlier order passed by this Court on 26.04.2023.

3. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

4. This Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the impleading petition.

Accordingly, this petition is allowed and the proposed respondents are added as parties in the writ petition.

Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in all the concerned records.
