Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarifed Mandamus to call for records relating to the selection list issued by the Controller of Examinations, Tamil Nadu Public Services Commission, Chennai, dated 19.10.2015, the third respondent herein quash the same in so far with respect to that portion of the Annexure to the said proceedings in rejecting the candidature of the petitioner to be eligible for selection to the oral test to be conducted on 02.11.2015 to 07.11.2015 or any other date y the second respondent Commission on the premises that she had failed to remit the examination fee and consequentlyy direct the respondents 2 and 3 herein and their subordinates to permit the petitioner herein to attend the oral test to be held from 02.11.2015 to 07.11.2015 or any other date to the post of Assistant Agricultural Officer (2011-2012) (Post Code:3101) pursuant to her selection in the written examination held on 18.04.2015 by the Commission. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
