ORDER

The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 of IPC and Section 5 of the TNPID Act 1997 in Crime No.54 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the complaint has been lodged against this petitioner regarding a chit of Rs.66,90,000/- collected from 49 subscribers.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) states that inspite of summon under Section 41(A) of Cr.P.C., the petitioner is not co-operating with the investigation.

4.Considering the gravity of the offence and non-operation of the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. 21.08.2025 ari 2/4
