ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to complete the investigation pending in the Crime No.754 of 2020 dated 14.10.2020.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing on behalf of the respondent police.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police, on instructions, would submit that investigation in Crime No.754 of 2020 is completed and the matter https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

is referred as "Mistake of Fact" on 03.12.2020 by filing final report in F.R.No.399 of 2020 before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Krishnagiri.

4. In view of the above submission, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition and this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed accordingly. The petitioner is at liberty to file his protest petition, if he desires so.
